LeaderLine Mentoring
Ignite your potential with our mentoring programme.
What is LeaderLine Mentoring?
Expertly matched: Provides a framework for mentees to be matched with mentors, who help them work through their challenge, to gain learning and reflection as a part of the process
Relationship building: The mentoring relationship develops a bond that can lead to lifelong professional relationships
Emotional support: It offers emotional support during challenges, enhancing resilience and coping strategies for the mentee
Cultural exchange: Especially in diverse settings, mentoring can facilitate cross-cultural understanding and awareness
Becoming a mentee
As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to be mentored by a mentor with the appropriate knowledge to tackle your challenge. You will be matched with your mentor based on their lived experiences. You will also have access to the LeaderLine Toolkit and LeaderLine Reflection and Learning Tool.
Why become a mentee?
Struggling with a challenge in relation to your role and you need some help and support
Looking for an opportunity to gain new knowledge and understanding to learn, develop, and grow
Open to building valuable new relationships
Becoming a mentor
We have a bank of experienced mentors with a variety of lived experiences across many sectors. However, we are always looking to grow this group, so if you are interested in making a difference, please contact us.
Consider becoming a mentor if you want to:
Use your experience to inspire, motivate and help those who need a little support to achieve more
Share your knowledge and expertise to help mentees navigate organisational culture and politics, providing insights that are not always obvious
Gain ongoing professional development and learning (including from the mentee)
